Subscription and Cancellation Terms

01 Subscription Plans

FishSignal may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, data, forecasts, tools, or other functionality.

The features, billing period, and price applicable to your subscription are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may vary depending on your location, currency, applicable taxes, promotions, or the subscription plan selected.

02 Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize FishSignal and its payment service providers to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes using the payment method you provide.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.

You are responsible for providing valid and up-to-date billing and payment information.

03 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Your payment method will be charged automatically for the next billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

04 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription or billing settings available in your FishSignal account.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription does not immediately terminate access to paid features.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the features included in your paid plan until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your subscription will not renew and your account will revert to the applicable free or non-subscribed level of service, if available.

To avoid being charged for another billing period, you should cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

05 Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, subscription fees and charges for billing periods that have already started are non-refundable.

Any refund requests or refund eligibility are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

06 Free Trials and Promotional Periods

FishSignal may occasionally offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, or other promotional offers.

If a free trial or promotional period automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before you start the trial or promotion.

Unless you cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period, your payment method may be charged automatically according to the terms presented when you signed up.

07 Changes to Subscription Prices

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

If a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Any new price will apply to a future billing period and will not retroactively change charges already paid.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before applying a price change.

08 Failed Payments

If we are unable to process a subscription payment, we may retry the payment using your selected payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

09 Termination by FishSignal

We may suspend or terminate a subscription or account where permitted under our Terms of Service, including in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, or material violation of our terms.

Any refund following termination by FishSignal will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

10 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Subscription and Cancellation Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides you with cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights will continue to apply.
